ALWAYS MANAGE OUR TIME DURING HARD SITUATIONS
About
The December, 2019 coronavirus disease outbreak has seen many countries ask people who have potentially come into contact with the infection to isolate themselves at home or in a dedicated quarantine facility. Decisions on how to apply quarantine should be based on the best available evidence. We did a Review of the psychological impact of quarantine using three electronic databases. Of 3166 papers found, 24 are included in this Review. Most reviewed studies reported negative psychological effects including post-traumatic stress symptoms, confusion, and anger. Stressors included longer quarantine duration, infection fears, frustration, boredom, inadequate supplies, inadequate information, financial loss, and stigma. Some researchers have suggested long-lasting effects. In situations where quarantine is deemed necessary, officials should quarantine individuals for no longer than required, provide clear rationale for quarantine and information about protocols, and ensure sufficient supplies are provided. Appeals to altruism by reminding the public about the benefits of quarantine to wider society can be favourable.

"Make time funtime"
We all know that, in quarantine, we will be staying in our houses so that we cannot get the virus. We can’t play basketball outside or maybe ride your bike. We only got our phone, the internet and maybe your laptop. Now since we have those things, we will most likely play video games all day or browse social media. Here I have some ways to have a productive time over quarantine.
First off, I’d recommend doing some workout. This is most recommended as this is something healthy to do and will improve your body. Indoor exercises are mostly done, if you have space outside, you could do outdoor exercises. If you’re not feeling to do some exercises or maybe you are lazy, you can do other stuff like being productive. Now this can improve your skills artistically. We can also make money by making art as you create something and other people might commission you. Last off, if you’re an internet type person, you can make Youtube videos or stream. It’s also another way of making money as the Youtube ad revenue gives you money for your videos.
Over the quarantine days, we develop one’s self or find our own passion. Doing these are possibly the best thing to do over quarantine as we do something new. We might stick to these hobbies or get back to our normal self after quarantine. As long as you develop something new and discover yourself, that would be important.

" Time is treasure "
Time is as valuable as gold, but not all of us are aware of that. It's an absolute, fair for everyone, but for some people, time seems to work easier, but not for others. Time is an invaluable treasure! Appreciate every moment you've got and know that time doesn't wait for everyone. Missing time can't be replaced, just be spent and then it's gone! Here are a few ways to help you wisely manage your time.
First, you must learn how to stay in charge. We begin something and we're in control, but when the day continues to unfold, we start to lose it. What’s the key to staging in charge? You must know how to prioritize your goals and decide which among these are important. Adjust your time accordingly. They waste too much time on stuff that doesn't matter, and too little time on stuff that needs to matter.
Second, set goals. Set daily goals to help you accomplish what you desire in the time available and set targets to help you achieve them on a consistent basis. Completing these goals will give you a sense of accomplishment and motivation. And it helps you to free up time.
Last is to accept or ask help from others. You don’t have to do all things by yourself. By assigning tasks to someone you know or with your household members, you're not only inspiring them by teaching life lessons they're going to use for life, you're actually going to get more things done faster.
Managing your time properly and efficiently using these tips is one of the secrets to getting organized If you enforce a few smart rules on your everyday life, you're guaranteed to get some spare time for yourself. Make sure to do something wonderful and kind, something that you just love. You deserve it! Just don’t forget to follow the golden rule and be firm with yourselves

" Self care for self quarantine "
A quarantine is a period of time where someone stays at home. It’s the next step in physical distancing to “flatten the curve,” or slow the rate of infection. Isolation – different from quarantine – is when someone who is waiting to be tested for COVID-19, waiting for their test results or has tested positive is secluded to prevent them from spreading the virus to others.
No matter which situation you find yourself in, remember that taking care of yourself mentally and emotionally plays a big part in your overall health
It’s common and totally normal to feel afraid and stressed during a pandemic or outbreak. But taking time to step away from the noise and focus on yourself can help ease those feelings.
Take time for projects that make you happy. Spend time reading, writing, knitting, decluttering, painting, meditating or doing yoga — whatever you enjoy.
“If you like to cook, plan out your next few days of meals and cook healthy dishes for yourself and everyone in your house using what you have on hand. This will also challenge your creativity and help you fight boredom
Mindfulness, which can be defined as present moment awareness, has been growing in popularity more and more each year, and now is a great time to try it out for yourself. Just five minutes of meditation each day can help you reset your mind and your perspective.
“Meditation and breathing exercises can help to slow your heart rate down and clear your mind. When practiced regularly, it can buffer the effects of stress, which helps support your immune system
Taking breaks from the news and social media helps distance yourself, even a little, from what’s going on and avoid getting overwhelmed. When you’re spending time doing another activity, you’re automatically removing yourself from the barrage of news and social media that can be hard to avoid.
And, when you’re practicing self-care, consider not posting it to your favorite social media channels to really embrace giving yourself a break from these outlets. It can actually feel empowering.

" Ideas how to use time wisely "
It´s already been about more than a month that everything is closed, the world seems to stand still. Staying at home during these times is essential to prevent any further risks and for our community to prevent the spreading of the virus. Even though at the beginning so much time to do nothing and just relax seemed to be great and a pleasure, with time also boredom begins. We might start thinking too much, which will have psychological effects on us. So here are some ideas, about what you can do during these difficult times to stay physically and mentally healthy.
Use the time to get fit or to stay fit. Now there aren´t any excuses anymore to not do sports because of the lacking time or pressure. The beginning might be hard but motivate yourself. Start with a short time and increase the time every day. Daily exercises keep you fit. Sports also affects our brain mentally, we get new energy and feel better and happier, as our brain releases chemicals, neurotransmitters known as endorphins, which reduces stress and creates euphoric feelings. Especially during these times, where nothing holds us anymore, where we might have a lot of worries, about our situation, whether health or fears about losing our jobs, not knowing whether you can return to your ESC project or not. There are a lot of thoughts in our mind, so just take your time, do some sports to feel better and forget about all these negative things, going on in the world. Do whatever you like to do, some stretching, some running, dance. Nowadays you find a lot of tutorials and ideas on the internet. Just stay fit and healthy.
I know that it can be really difficult to isolate yourself and to not see your loved ones for such a long time. But just because you cannot meet your friends and family in person, that does not mean that you cannot talk. Call your parents, call your grandparents, call your friends. Ask them how they are, especially during these times, where everything seems to be dark. It is important to keep in touch, to stay social, give other´s the feeling that they matter, that they are not alone. A simple talk with our loved ones can change our whole mood. Just hearing their voices makes us feels better and happy. So talk! What about a game night or a movie night with our friends? Thanks to applications like Zoom or Skype you can video call your friends and (virtually) hang out together, despite social distancing.

" Time Management "
So how do we become better time managers? There is certainly no shortage of advice — books and blogs, hacks and apps, all created to boost time management with a bevy of ready-to-apply tools. Yet, the most frustrating reality for individuals trying to improve their time management is that no matter how effectively designed these tools might be, they are unlikely to work. Simply put, these tools presume a person’s underlying skill set, but the skills comprising time management precede the effectiveness of any tool or app. For example, would anyone seriously expect that purchasing a good set of knives, high-end kitchen equipment, and fresh ingredients would instantly make someone a five-star chef? Certainly not. Similarly, using a scheduling app without the prerequisite time management skills is unlikely to produce positive time management outcomes.
Fortunately, there is a wealth of research that delves into the skills that undergird time management. Here, time management is defined as the decision-making process that structures, protects, and adjusts a person’s time to changing environmental conditions.
To answer these questions, I examined the results from more than 1,200 people who participated in a 30-minute microsimulation designed to objectively assess time management skills. Participants were given the role of a freelance designer, and they had to manage tasks and relationships with clients and colleagues within a communication platform complete with emails, instant messages, cloud drive files, and so forth. Problems they had to confront included dealing with scheduling conflicts, prioritizing client demands, and deciding how to use (or not use) their time.
The evidence revealed several compelling findings.
First, all three skills mattered equally to overall time management performance. Therefore, only improving one’s scheduling and planning (i.e., arrangement skills) ignores two-thirds of the competence needed to effectively manage time. This might explain why it’s so disappointing to try a new tool and then feel like we’ve never really moved the needle toward being great overall time managers.
Second, people struggled the most with awareness and adaptation skills, where assessment scores were on average 24 percent lower than for arrangement skills. This evidence suggests that awareness and adaptation are not only rarer skills, but are more difficult to develop naturally without direct interventions. Additionally, awareness skills were the primary driver of how well people avoided procrastination and adaptation skills were the primary driver of how well they prioritized activities.
Third, the results ran counter to popular admonitions of either the virtues or the detriments of multitasking. A survey after the simulation asked how respondents felt about multitasking. The evidence revealed that their preferences for multitasking (what academics call “polychronicity”) were actually unrelated to time management skills. How well or poorly people managed their time had nothing to do with their preferences to multitask. Thus, the extensive attention so often given to multitasking by those offering time management tricks is unlikely to yield any real success.
Fourth, the evidence was crystal clear that people are not at all accurate in self-evaluating their time management proficiency. For example, less than 1% of people’s self-ratings overlapped with their objective skill scores. Moreover, self-ratings only accounted for about 2% of differences in actual time management skills. These results echo previous work on people’s lack of accurate self-awareness regarding their competencies and how this impedes change and leadership development.

" Value the time we all have "
Time value is most important in life. Everyone has to respect and understand the time value because time can give the reaction of evil as well as good. Some persons understand the meaning and importance of life.
Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you satisfied in the future. Think of how precious is the time you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family. Every minute should be enjoyed and savored.
Time is measured by the hours, days, years and so on. Time helps us to make a good habit of organizing and structuring our daily activities. No one can escape the passing of time. We all subjected to aging and mortality.
Time plays a significant role in our lives. If we better understand the time value, then it can gain experience and develop skills over time. Time can also heal things whether external wounds or feelings.
Time is the ultimate thing that we cannot measure. Activities, when performed on time, will be fruitful, and the results will be great. Time can also mean the point in time to which a person is referring.
Everyone should have this ability to take granted all thing on time for a better future, and it will become more efficient.
The more efficiently we act, the more time we will have leftover for future projects. If we look all around important events of history, then we will see that all successful people of history made the best use of time. The prosperous people of the world are very conscious of the value of time. Hence, we should never waste our time and try to make the best use of it.
